The Villa is registered in the entire world and allows the occurrence of the online reservation system with real-time booking.
Terms and conditions to become a partner Bali Villa Reservasi is:
- Villa with a location in Bali.
- Having the facilities and opportunities to bali villa reservasi portal group access.
- Familiar with the online reservation system.

• BaliVillaReservasi.com will give the participating villa a combination of account (id and password) to login into our system after the participating villa register with fill properly the information requested on the registration form or by reply our email

Bali Villa Reservasi fees
• Bali Villa Reservasi entitled to a commission for each transaction online reservation, which lasts through portal group. The amount of commission is adjusted to each policy villa.
• The Commission obtained by Bali Villa Reservasi only be calculated from the total cost of booking a room.
• The Commission Non-refundable Reservation Guarantee Deposit of Total Room Charge which is charged to the customer’s credit card/debit card etc at the time when reservation is made by the customer will not be refunded by the Facility Provider in the event there is no – show by the customer and / or if there is any amendment/s in the reservation made by the customer, as the Internet Payment Gateway charges has been paid by the Facility Provider for the same.
Covenants of the Participating Villa
In consideration of the Facility Provider performing the Services as mentioned above, the Participating Villa hereby declares, assures, undertakes and covenants as under:
• It is mandatory for the Participating Villa to upload the room inventory and must offer the Best Rates Online, defined as room rates at least equal to the lowest rates offered by any portal, online travel agent or other rate-carrying agents on the Web. The Participating Villa shall ensure that they will make available and upload sufficient amount of room inventory at all times. The Participating Villas shall ensure that at least five percent (5%) of total number of rooms in all room types are blocked. The Participating Villa may adjust the Room Blockings as necessary to accommodate the demands of seasonality, holiday periods, special events and other situations.
• It is mandatory for the Participating Villa to provide the rates and allocation for a period of 1 (one) year as soon as the Participating Villa goes Live with BaliVillaReservasi.
• The Participating Villa is responsible for maintaining and updating all of its information on the Facility Provider’s systems including, but not limited to, the accuracy of its room availability, rates and other property information available through the Facility Providers systems is accurate and the reservations are actively managed and honored
• The Participating Villa must access the Internet at least once per day to verify reservations secured through the Facility Providers systems.
• The Participating Villa expressly agrees to honor all the reservations received by them through the Facility Provider’s systems. In the event of overbooking including, without limitation, when a guest reserves a room through the Facility Providers systems that is not actually available at the Participating Villa’s property, the Participating Villa is responsible for satisfying the guest by finding acceptable alternative accommodation and, possibly, financially compensating the guest and the Facility Provider shall not be liable in any way in respect of such and the Participating Villa hereby indemnifies and keep indemnifies the Facility Provider and its affiliates regarding the same.
• The Participating Villa’s shall ensure that there are proper encryption and security measures at the Participating Villa’s to prevent any hacking into the information of the Participating Villa’s customers, credit card numbers and other data. In the event of any loss being due to any act, including any hacking into the Participating Villa’s Property Management systems or its mail servers or website, the loss shall be borne by the Participating Villa’s and the Participating Villa’s hereby indemnifies and keep indemnifies the Facility Provider and its affiliates regarding the same.
Credit Card details access, rules and policies
The Facility Provider shall display the customer’s credit card number information against the reservation details for a period of twice click from the date of the reservation for the Participating Villa to access it and then store it securely in the Participating Villa systems. On and after twice click only displayed against the reservation details on the Facility Providers systems. The Participating Villa using the Interface hereby agrees that in connection with all credit card transactions relating to the Reservations, it shall comply with the all the card associations rules and byelaws, as prescribed by them from time to time. The Participation Villa shall ensure the fullest security of its cardholders / customers credit card data and shall follow the latest Payment Card Industry standards /protocols that are prescribed by the card associations from time to time. Each Party agrees that it shall not, directly or indirectly, engage or participate in or otherwise be involved in any type of credit card fraud.
Authority
The person entering into this Agreement on behalf of the Participating Villa represents and warrants to the Facility Provider that he or she has all requisite corporate power and authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the Participating Villa, that this Agreement has been duly authorized by the Participating Villa and that this Agreement will constitute a legal, valid and binding obligation of the Participating Villa.
